Novare Lekki Mall is a retail development located at the corner of the Lekki-Epe Expressway and Cardinal Olubunmi Okojie Way in Sangotedo, Eti-Osa LGA. Novare Lekki Mall is well located in a catchment area that is rich in residential clusters and estates. Crown Estate, Fara Park, multiple estates owned by CMB Nigeria, Lagos State Housing Schemes, Grenadines Homes, Emperor Estate, Abraham Adesanya Estate, Fountain Springville Estate, Abijo are just a few among the many clusters nearby.

Completed and opened in Q3:2016, It was developed by the Novare Africa Property Fund and built by Monterosa Construction. Designed by Fembuild Concept Limited in conjunction with Steyn le roux truter, the mall is roughly the same size as Ikeja City Mall at 22,000sqm, the single-level design may make the mall appear slightly larger. Some of the tenants at the mall include Essenza, Fun World, Healthplus, Kilimanjaro, Genesis Deluxe Cinemas, PEP, and Miniso. Retail giants Shoprite and Game are the anchor tenants. See a more robust list of the tenants in the mall here.

The Novare Lekki Mall has 100 shops and 1,000 open parking bays and upon completion, the mall had a huge impact on the Lekki submarket because of the absence of any other mall of its kind within a 20km radius. Its distance from other similar malls also makes it a soft target for attacks as revealed by the xenophobic related attacks in Q3:2019 and the riots caused by the Lekki toll gate massacre leading to looting and vandalism in both instances.
