Novotel Hotel

Novotel Hotel is an ongoing hospitality development project located on Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island, Lagos. It is being built by Ekulo Group of Companies, and has AccorHotels, a French multinational hospitality company as the Joint developer. 

The development’s location in Victoria Island is in close proximity to other prime areas in Lagos, Nigeria such as: Ikoyi, Lekki Phase 1, and Oniru. 

Other hospitality developments located in this area include: Eko Hotels and Suites by Chagoury group, Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel by Radisson Hotel Group, and BWC Hotels Victoria Island.

This 10-floor development has an estimated completion date of Q3:2024. Once completed, the hotel will consist of 170 luxury hotel rooms. 

The facilities and amenities which will be provided in the Novotel hotel include:

• An all-day dining restaurant

• A swimming pool

• A pool bar

• A lobby bar and

• A 400sqm meeting room

AccorHotels, the joint developer is a popular hospitality group known for developing the Novotel Hotel brand and has several of this brand across the world.

Other members of the project team are: Profica as the Project manager, and Sundukovy Sisters as the interior designers.
