One Africa Place Building

One Africa Place is a grade A office development located along Rhapta Road, Westlands, Nairobi, Kenya. This location makes the development in close proximity to the CBD, as well as other high grade office buildings including: Templeton House, Sanlam Tower, Capital square, and Pramukh Tower.

The development was designed by BAA Architects, who are also the architects of Goodman Tower and Avellino Apartments. The agent of the building is Knight Frank.

The 21-floors development was completed in Q2:2019, and has a gross leasable area of 13,000sqm.
