Orca Mall Lagos

Orca Mall Lagos is a newly completed retail development located in the prime area of Eko Atlantic City, Victoria Island. ITB Nigeria is the main contractor and has other projects in its portfolio such as Heritage Place, Eko Tower, Alpha One, and FF Millennium Tower, amongst many others.

This development is proposed to offer 50,000 sqm of gross leasable area and was officially launched on the 27th November 2025.
