Paramount Twin Towers

Paramount Twin Towers is a 13-floor residential development located at Remi Olowude Street, Oniru, Lagos. Oniru is a waterfront area bordered by the Atlantic Ocean at the back. Over the years seen increasing development interest within the leisure and residential market segments including Twinwaters Entertainment Center, Landmark Boulevard, Atlantic Resorts, and Waterview.

According to Grenadines Homes, the development is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2025 and will have the following typologies:

• 36 units of 2 bed apartment

• 30 units of 3 bed apartment

• 2 units of Penthouse

It will also feature facilities such as a swimming pool, gym/fitness facilities, a spa, centralized CCTV systems, a dedicated 3-level parking space offering space to more than 500 vehicles, and a retail outlet area of c.1,037sqm lettable space.
