Phoenix Tower

Phoenix Tower is an ongoing ultra-luxury residential development by Arkland Properties and Investment located at Eko Atlantic City, Lagos State. This area in Victoria Island is known for its luxury residential developments, some of which are: TM Highgardens by Tetramanor, Azuri Towers  by Eko Development Company, A&A Towers by Arkland Properties and Investment, Pan Atlantis Tower by Periwinkle Residences Limited as well as top grade commercial developments, some of which include: Alpha One Tower by Traffic Direct Limited, amongst many others.

The development is situated on a 3,442 sqm land in the downtown district of Eko Atlantic, close to the Marina district. The project which is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2023 will offer 120 units of 3-bedroom apartments and 2 units of penthouses over 27 floors. The 3-bed apartments will occupy floor 6 to floor 25 with 6 apartments on each floor, while the penthouses will occupy the last two floors.
