Its location in Lavington makes the development in close proximity to other residential developments such as: Skyrock Apartments by Kings Developers Limited, Duchess Park by Sigimo Enterprises, Heri Kikuyu Heights A and Heri Kikuyu Heights B both by Heri Homes.
