Meristem Securities Head Office Building is a commercial development by Meristem Securities Limited. It is located in the prime area of Ikoyi at No 20A Gerrard Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. This area is filled with several high-grade commercial developments as well as luxury residential buildings. 

The development, which was completed in Q2:2022, is a 6-floor building with a gross area of 2,845 sqm. This building will also serve Meristem Securities Limited as its head office.

The project team members are as follows: 

• El-Alan Construction Company Nig. Ltd, as the main contractor 

• EMMS-UfA as the structural engineer of the project.  

• Profica as the Project Manager, 

• OJ&T Consulting as the electrical engineer, 

• FOAB Partnership as the Quantity Surveyor, and 

• Nairda is the MEP Engineer.
