Four Seasons Hotel

Four Seasons Hotel is an ongoing hospitality development located on Osborne Road, Ikoyi,  and developed by the hospitality group, Danraz Nigeria 

Limited. Other hospitality developments in this prime area include: Southern Sun Ikoyi by  Tsogo Sun, Chelsea Hotel by  Chelsea Group, The Wheatbaker by Legacy Hotels, Pullman Hotel Development by Pullman Hotel and Resorts among many others.  

This luxury hotel will feature a total of 125 rooms once completed and offer several luxury amenities and facilities. The development which commenced in the second quarter of 2021, is expected to be completed in  the second quarter of 2024.

Other members of the project team include: Gensler as the Architect, IAA Associates Limited as the Structural Engineer, Profica as the Project Manager, and Terratest Foundations Nigeria as the Bulk Earth Contractor.
