Head Office Development for First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited

First Pension Custodian Headquarters is a Grade B office development under construction located on Akin Adesola Street, Victoria Island. This area is one of the prime areas in Lagos and has other top grade office developments such as: EcoBank Pan African Center, Stanbic IBTC Head Quarters, and Dover Office Tower (Court) .

Developed by First Pension Custodian Nigeria Limited, the 5 storey development is set to be the developer’s headquarters and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2023.
