The Office Development by Punuka Investment Limited is an office development located on Admiralty Way,  Lekki Phase 1. Its location makes it visible from the Lekki-Epe Expressway on one end, being one of the first buildings one will see before entering through the Lekki Phase 1 main gate. 

Punuka is developing the project, while the main contractor is Migliore Construczione & Tecniche (MC&T), who are also involved in other projects such as: M120 Apartments, 7 Centrale Residences, Stratongate Condos, amongst other buildings.

Other members of the project team include:

• Hos Consult as Quantity Surveyor

• EMMS Uf-A Consultants  as Structural Engineers, and

• KSI Engineering as MEP Engineers
