Purple Tower

Purple Tower is a mixed-use development being built by Purple Dot International. The development is located on Mombasa Road, Nairobi, making it in close proximity to other developments such as: Sameer Business Park, Tulip House, Trance Tower, amongst many others.

The 15-floor development has a gross leasable area of 19,312 sqm composed of both office and retail spaces. It was completed in 2025. 

The 63 meters high development is expected to incorporate sustainability into its features, having already obtained a preliminary EDGE Certificate from Green Building Certification Inc. (GBCI). 

According to EDGE,  Purple Tower met international standards for resource efficiency, energy and water-saving through technologies incorporated into the design, construction and internal processes of the building.
