Riverside Cube

Riverside Cube is an office development located in Riverside, Westlands. This area is a suburban high-income mixed use development neighbourhood located few kilometres from Nairobi City Centre. Westlands is an affluent area known for playing host to an array of foreign embassies and upscale developments such as: Global Trade Centre (GTC), The Address Westlands, Pullman Hotel Nairobi, High Ridge Towers, and La Casa Apartments among others.

The G+5 development, completed in December 2022, was being built by London Town Group of Companies. The building was developed to EDGE green building certification standards with a Solar PV system, Lighting control systems, and LED efficient lighting. It will  also feature:
