Riviera Residences is a mixed-use development located at East Legon, Accra, Ghana being developed by Beaufort Residences. This prime area is home to other residential developments such as The Signature by Capemay Properties Limited, Millenium crescent, and Phoenix Villas by Mobus Property Limited

The 4-floor development has been completed. It features 78 units of studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, and penthouses. As at Q4 2021, the respective sale prices were;

• 1 bedroom - GHS1,036,999.38  ($146,385.71)

• 2 bedroom - GHS1,378,034.32 ($194,634.08)
