Riviera Vista is a residential development being built by Fort Knox Properties. It is on Royal Palm Drive, Osborne Foreshore, Ikoyi, Lagos. This is a waterfront location in Osborne Foreshore estate, a serene, luxury residential estate in Ikoyi. The estate is located in an area accessible to both the inner areas of Ikoyi and the mainland areas via Obalende. Therefore, the Riviera Vista development is easily accessible and close to commercial, institutional, and retail developments. 

The development is expected to be completed by Q2:2024. Once completed, it will feature 16 units of 2-bedroom apartments, 2 units of 3-bedroom apartments with a BQ, and 1 unit of a Penthouse maisonette, all on 6 floors.
