Riviera Vista is a residential development being built by Fort Knox Properties. It is on Royal Palm Drive, Osborne Foreshore, Ikoyi, Lagos. This is a waterfront location in Osborne Foreshore estate, a serene, luxury residential estate in Ikoyi. The estate is located in an area accessible to both the inner areas of Ikoyi and the mainland areas via Obalende. Therefore, the Riviera Vista development is easily accessible and close to commercial, institutional, and retail developments. 

The development is expected to be completed by Q2:2024. Once completed, it will feature 16 units of 2-bedroom apartments, 2 units of 3-bedroom apartments with a BQ, and 1 unit of a Penthouse maisonette, all on 6 floors. Currently, the 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments are available for sale, selling at N250 million and N 300 million per unit respectively.

The Main Contractor of the project is Black Diamond Engineering Limited, while it was designed by RY Projects. The structural engineer of the project is Fap Consult. Facilities and amenities to be provided in the building include:
