St. James Court by RCI Atlantis is a residential development located on Chief Bamidele Eletu Avenue, Osapa London - Lagos. It is one of the many semi-luxury developments that are being built as affordable residential alternatives for middle-class tenants that prefer to live close to the city center, which is why it is situated on a road that is directly connected to the Lekki-Epe Expressway.

According to RCI Atlantis - the developer, the project with a land area of 2,600 sqm commenced in Q1:2019 and is going to consist of 12 units of 4 bedroom terrace duplexes, each of which would have a service quarter. The developer notes that there is a demand for semi-luxury properties like this, especially among middle-class families and young professionals.

Every unit will feature a fitted kitchen, en-suite bedrooms, and an intercom system. Externally, each unit has a landscaped garden, 2 parking slots, and a motorized gate with an electric perimeter fence.

The completion date for this project was Q4:2020, and construction is projected to cost ₦250,000,000.
