Skyvilla is a luxury residential development located at Probyn Close, off Onisiwo (formerly Probyn Road) Ikoyi, Lagos State. Ikoyi is a highbrow region of Lagos State known for its luxury and ultra-luxury residential buildings such as: 4 Bourdillon, Tango Towers, Sisi Paris, The Luxuria, and Cuddle by Cadwell .

The development is being built by Grenadines Homes, a property developer with other developments including: Paramount Twin Towers and Claren Villas (both still ongoing).

The G+2-floors development has an estimated completion date of Q1:2025. The development will feature 24  units of 4-bedroom apartments with boys quarters, with sizes ranging from 315 sqm to 350 sqm.
