Trade and Development Bank (TDB) Tower is a Grade A office development located at Lenana Road, Kilimani, Nairobi. It is being developed  and currently owned by Trade and Development Bank, a financial institution operating in both Eastern and Southern Africa.

Kilimani is a prime location, close to other areas such as the CBD, Westlands. It is hoe to other office developments such as: Landmark Plaza, FCB Mihrab, Pioneer Point, and Pine Tree Offices , amongst many others.

The 20-floors development has an estimated completion date of Q4:2022, and has a gross leasable area of 22,586sqm.

The building serves as the regional headquarters of the institution in East Africa, as well as the regional operations center. It also has office spaces for rent at a price of Ksh 16,746.06/sqm ($US 142/sqm).
