The Altona

The Altona is a 6-floor residential development located at the corner of Oniru (formerly McDonald) Road and Thompson Avenue in Ikoyi, Lagos. It is Black Pelican Limited's flagship development, a team better known for running Il Bagno, a Nigerian sanitary ware and bathroom fittings company with offices in Lagos and Abuja. Upon completion, the property will include 8 units of 3-bedroom apartments and 2 penthouses alongside standard amenities such as a swimming pool, fitted gym and fitted kitchens.

It was designed by Idlewoods Limited and construction is being executed by B-Vita Construction. The property is now being topped out and completion is slated for Q1:2022.
