The Carnelian is a residential development being built by Digital Landlords Nigeria Limited. The development is located at Okunde Blue Water Zone, Oniru, Lagos State. This is a high-class area near Victoria Island and Lekki Phase 1. Other developments in this same area include Bluewaters Apartments, Landmark Retail Boulevard, Empire Vogue, and Nicole’s Place, amongst many others.

The 19-storey development will be completed in Q3:2025. Once completed, it will feature 30 units each of 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, and 2 penthouses. This makes a total of 62 luxury apartments. Other features in the development will include:
