The Denya

The Denya at Ringway is a refuge from the city in the city. A short walk from Oxford Street, the convenience of the location is easily matched by what the building has to offer. The floor-to-ceiling glass fitness centre at the eighth floor gives you 180 degrees of reasons to work out. At the second floor is the pool and sundeck, positioned at the northeast to maximize ocean views. A conference room is open during working hours at the ninth floor and atop the Denya is the rooftop lounge – a place where all residents can come relax, enjoy the view and take in the ocean breeze.

The Denya's elevated location provides ocean views to the south and east from every floor, as well as views out over the trees of Cantonments and North Ridge to the north and west.
