The Ellipse

The Ellipse is a luxury residential development located at Oloto Road (Forsberry), Ikoyi, Lagos, Nigeria. Ikoyi is a highbrow region of Lagos State known for its luxury and ultra-luxury residential buildings such as: 4 Bourdillon, Tango Towers, Sisi Paris, The Luxuria, and Cuddle by Cadwell (currently under construction). 

The development is being built by SAMTL Properties Limited, while the main contractor of the project is El-ALAN Construction Company Nig Ltd.

The 6-floor development features 23 units of luxury-style apartments.
