The Gwen

The Gwen is a 3-floor residential development located within Atlantic View Estate, Off Omoba Murphy Adetoro Street, Igbo Efon, Lagos State. Similar to the recently completed Sapphire Tower of Bluewater Apartments, the Gwen offers housing solutions to young professionals and young families through its 32 units of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments.

The Gwen is billed for completion in Q1:2023. It was designed by Partum Locus Architects and developed by Dave Kubak Construction Limited, who also doubles as the main contractor of the project. Dave Kubak Construction Limited is also responsible for the residential project, The Juliana, recently completed in Q3 2020.

The Gwen is made up of 5 blocks consisting of the following:

• 16 units of 1-bedroom apartments (89m²), 

• 8 units of 2-bedroom apartments (127m² ), and 

• 8 units of 2 apartments with BQ (194m²).  

The amenities and facilities will include fire alarm and sprinkler systems, on-site concierge and facility management services, water and sewage treatment plants, vitrified Spanish floor tiles, porcelain wall tiles(bathroom), and fire hydrant.
