The Jewel Aeida is a mixed-use development with educational, entertainment, leisure, and event center elements. It is located on Hakeem Dickson Link Road, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. According to the Architects, OAC Architects, the building was conceived in the shape of a Baroque Jewel. Construction commenced in c.2017 and was completed Q3:2021. The main contractor is Brickhouse Construction Limited who is also responsible for the development of Sahara Energy Resource HQ in Ikoyi and the Islamic Community Mosque in VGC.
Features of the Jewel Aeida include the following:
A 1,000 person capacity sound-insulated ballroom hall
Two-100 seater seminar/training rooms
A 43 seater private cinema/auditorium
3 lounges
A large industrial kitchen for private chefs (who might be looking to do a pop-up store or even a partnership with The Jewel Aeida)
A bar
Restaurant seating area
An 80 sqm music studio
3 Elevators (1 leads to the music studio)
A central VRV Air conditioning Unit

200 parking bays (60 internal parking bays and 140 external parking bays)
