The Shore is a mixed-use development constructed by 7-Fifteen Capital Limited, located in Jabi, Abuja. The location of the development gives it exclusive views of Jabi Lake and the development is close to other developments such as Jabi Lake Mall, Citec Mount Pleasant Estate, Grandview Estate, Bobowasi Island, Philkruz Estate, and Lakeshore Towers, amongst many others.

The development consists of two towers - Horizon Tower and Vista Tower.
