The Wesley is a residential development to be located on No 21 Younis Bashorun Street, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria. Victoria Island is one of the highbrow regions in Lagos State known for its luxury residential buildings such as The Sphere by Cadwell, Crestview and Olympic Towers by Flour Mills of Nigeria, Casa Blanca Lodgings, and La Paz Apartments by Arkland Properties and Investments. 

The development is initiated by James Cubitt Development, who also acts as the Architect and Project Manager of the development.

The 10-floor development has an estimated completion date of Q4 2026. The development will feature 39 units of 1,2, and 3-bedroom apartments with boys' quarters, with sizes ranging from 53 sqm to 270 sqm.
