Victoria Mall Plaza II

Victoria Mall Plaza (VMP) is a four-phase mixed-use development on Bishop Aboyade Cole Street in Victoria Island, Lagos by UAC Property Development Company (UPDC), a major ingenuous player in commercial real estate space in Nigeria. In 2009, UPDC began with Phase 1 of VMP, which was a residential development that was completed in 2010. The tower was occupied by Mobil for a few years, however, they relocated in 2015. Phase 2, which is an office development, now anchored by KPMG, was completed the year after.

It includes retail and office elements, as well as a  519 bay car park and 1,587m² event center.  The retail element of phase 3 offers flexible retail shops and a food court while the office element is a modern 15-floor office block.
