It is home to prime office, hospitality, and residential buildings in Nigeria such as Heritage Place, The George Hotel, and the popular 4 Bourdillon Tower. Ikoyi is surrounded by two other highbrow neighborhoods in Lagos, namely, Lekki Phase 1  and Victoria Island, and the popular Ikoyi Link Bridge and Falomo Bridge connect the respective regions.
