As a proposed smart and green building, it is designed to achieve LEED certification from the Green Building Certification Institute upon completion. The centre’s twin-tower design is connected by a central multi-volume atrium, ensuring a clear functional separation between hotel accommodations and commercial office spaces. Additional facilities will include an SME incubation hub, a Knowledge Centre & Library, and other ancillary features.

The office stock in Abuja primarily comprises Grade B and B+ buildings, with limited representation in the Grade A segment. This project will significantly expand the availability of prime office space, increasing the total tracked supply from the current level of 200,288 sqm being tracked by Estate Intel.

For the hospitality segment of the project, the selection of a management company remains under deliberation.
