A few weeks ago, the Estate Intel team visited Number One (Formerly IMB Plaza) office development site, which is located on the corner of Akin Adesola Street and Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island in Lagos. The 7-floor office development was developed by Green Eagle Realty, and designed by Chapman Taylor.

The property has the following features;

- 1,000sqm for a restaurant on the 6th floor,
- Parking Ratio: 1:50,
- Floor to ceiling height : 2.7m,
- Kitchenette on each floor,
- Café,
- Multilevel onsite parking.
Broll Property Services Limited moved from 47 Marina in Lagos Island to occupy c. 400 sqm in this new property during Q1:2021 . Other companies who have taken space in the building include Access Bank Plc, Brass Fertilizer and Passport Legacy.

According to Broll, the leasing agent and facility managers, there has been a record number of inquiries, which they attribute to the development’s strategic location and proximity to Lagos State’s prime areas.
The asking rent is currently between $600 and $700 per square meter per annum.
