A few weeks ago, the Estate Intel team visited Number One (Formerly IMB Plaza) office development site, which is located on the corner of Akin Adesola Street and Ahmadu Bello Way, Victoria Island in Lagos. According to Broll, the leasing agent and facility managers, there has been a record number of inquiries, which they attribute to the development’s strategic location and proximity to Lagos State’s prime areas.

The asking rent is currently between $600 and $700 per square meter per annum.
