The property is owned by Teyliom Properties, a Senegalese company that specialises in property development and management and it lifted the bar for institutionally executed investment property in the country when it was completed.

The Lifestyle Centre, which opened in 2010, was designed by SAOTA Architects and currently accounts for over half of the country’s retail space in a formal shopping centre format. Among other notable landmarks, the Radisson Blu Sea Plaza Hotel is often highlighted as a ‘must see’ when visiting Dakar.
