The One is a 226 apartment development on Eko Atlantic that intends to offer affordable yet luxury living with A-grade architecture and panoramic city views. Located in the Avenue’s West District, The One will have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments from the 2nd to 13th floor and 3, 4 and 5 bedroom penthouses on the 13th to 16th floor. Amenities will include a sky lounge, state of the art gym, mini spa, a yoga studio, green spaces and more.

This project is among many planned luxury residential developments on the Eko Atlantic including Eko Energy Estate, LeReve Tower, Azuri Peninsula, Lagos Sky Tower and Eko Pearl Towers. Most of these projects have average price points of $1m per apartment and more, however it is expected that this development may come in at a less expensive point.
