Article Summary: Orca Deco, a Senegalese furniture company, has opened its first Nigerian branch, Orca Mall Nigeria, in Eko Atlantic City. Spanning 30,000 sqm, it will feature over 100,000 products and various retail outlets, cinemas, food court, children's entertainment, and department stores.
Orca Deco, a global furniture manufacturing and retail company, has opened its first-ever branch in Nigeria, at Lagos’ prime neighbourhood, Eko Atlantic City. The Senegalese-based company operates more than 30 showrooms across 20 African countries.
The new facility, Orca Mall Nigeria, spans a gross leasable area of 30,000 sqm. Construction commenced in February 2024, and the development was officially inaugurated on 27 November 2025. This comes just a day after its exclusive unveiling, where the Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, presided over the executive launch and led the ceremonial opening.
This development features the Orca Deco furniture showroom, offering more than 100,000 products across furniture, kitchen and dining essentials, décor, lighting, homeware, outdoor items, children’s products, and lifestyle accessories. It will also feature department stores, cinemas, a food court, children’s entertainment, and a diverse mix of retail outlets, positioning it to become the largest shopping centre in West Africa.
The project team consisted of:
- ITB Nigeria Limited, as the Main Contractor
- Envohygienix, as the Architect
- Interstruct, as the Structural Engineer
- TBP Consulting, as the MEP Engineer

Orca Mall Nigeria represents a strong investment opportunity for Orca Deco, marking the first mall developed in the affluent Eko Atlantic City. The mall also offers direct access to Lagos’ luxury residential neighbourhoods. This development will join other notable developments such as Azuri Towers, Eko Pearl Towers, A & A Towers, Le Rêve, Clarence Gate Court II, Rugby School Nigeria and several others.
