A & A Towers

A & A Towers is an ongoing ultra-luxury residential development by Arkland Properties and Investment at Eko Atlantic City, Lagos State. This area in Victoria Island is known for its luxury residential developments, some of which are: TM Highgardens by Tetramanor, Azuri Towers by Eko Development Company, Phoenix Tower by Arkland Properties and Investment, Pan Atlantis Tower by Periwinkle Residences Limited as well as top grade commercial developments, some of which include: Alpha One Tower by Traffic Direct Limited, amongst many others.

This development is a 22-floor mixed-use development including residential, retail, and office elements, which is located within the OceanFront District of the $6 billion Eko Atlantic City, Lagos. 

The project which is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2024 will feature 98 residential units that will occupy the 5th to 22nd floor.
