TM Highgardens

TM Highgardens is a luxury multi-residential apartment building that is planned to be located in the Harbour Lights District of Eko Atlantic City. The Harbour Lights District has the Marina District to its South, the Eko Energy Estate to its North, the Business district and Downtown to its West, while the Atlantic Ocean borders it to its East side. Eko Atlantic City is a mixed-use neighbourhood, planned to be self-sustaining, with several luxurious projects in the pipeline. Some of the existing buildings in the neighbourhood  include Azuri Towers by Eko Development Company, Amni Towers by Amni International Petroleum Development Company, Eko Black Pearl Towers by ESLA (Elias Slaad Leading Association), and Pan Atlantis Towers by Periwinkle Residences, amongst many others.

TM Highgarden is being developed by Tetramanor, a property developer with other developments in their portfolio including: Comfy Burrows, TM Gardens, and TM Meadows.

The project will offer 54 luxurious units of 2-bed apartment, 3-bed maisonettes, and 4-bed penthouses on 29 floors. These units are currently priced at:

• ₦106,869,515.70 for the 2-bed apartment 

• ₦172,635,371.52 for the 3-bed maisonettes, and

• ₦411,036,598.86 for the 4-bed penthouses.

Some of the facilities that will be provided in this development include: 

• Swimming pool

• Gym 

• An event hall, proposed to serve the residents alone.

• 24 hours power.

According to Mr John Beecroft, CEO of Tetramanor, the groundbreaking exercise of this development has been planned to occur by 2022 while the construction should be completed within three (3) years.
