Yesterday, the Estate Intel team visited the site of Oasis Centre Ikeja located on Mobolaji Johnson Way, Ikeja, Lagos. The mixed-use development has retail, office, and hospitality components making it one of the biggest mixed-use developments in the State.

Developed by Mall D’ Oasis Shopping Centre Limited – (Harps, The Nigeria Police Cooperative Multipurpose Society Ltd (POLCOOP), Denver Building), the development upon completion will include:
- 6,010 sqm of retail,
- 1000 sqm of office space, and
- Over 200 hotel keys in affiliation with an undisclosed international hotel brand.

General facilities will also include:
- 4 elevators,
- A lounge,
- An infinity pool,
- Gym,
- Spa,
- Sauna, and
- A rooftop bar.
Construction commenced in 2014 and Phase 1 (The retail section) of the 7-floor development is slated for completion by December 2021 while the rest of the development is scheduled for completion in Q4:2022.
