On Wednesday, 30th of November, 2022 The Total Energies Housing Cooperative (TEHCOOP) unveiled its signature development located in Eko Atlantic – Louisville. Set to be completed in 3 years time, the developers aim to build a standout development that will stay modern for years to come. Branded as ”The crown of Eko Atlantic”, the developers’ target is to deliver an ESG-compliant project that:
- Is a mixed use development in the heart of Eko Atlantic
- Will provide a minimum of 300 apartments of a specific unit mix
- Will feature a multi-dimensional recreational program.
Louisville, which is designed to have two high-rise towers, will contain residential units at the upper levels with retail and commercial spaces on the ground floor. The project is being executed by a top-notch team that includes:
- ITB Nigeria as the General Contractors
- GreenKey Facilities Management Services Limited as the Facility Managers
- Baron Architecture as Consulting Architects
- Morgan Omonitan & Abe Limited as the Structural Engineers
- Avantis Engineering as Mechanical and Electrical Engineers
- FOAB Group as the Quantity Surveyors
- Availsys as Smart Home Consultants
At The Coronation, which was held at Eko Hotels, Lagos, several members of the project team were present to speak on the ambitious project being embarked upon. Louis Ogbeifun, Chairman of TEHCOOP, kicked off the event by introducing Louisville to the audience. His short speech was focused on how the project aims to meet the needs of its residents by providing residential, leisure, and retail options all within the same property.
Afterwards, there was a joint presentation from the ITB Nigeria Limited team. Lead Architect at ITB, Maya Daher, gave a comprehensive presentation of the many features of the project ranging from the exterior design to the design of each unit type within the building. Some of the features include:
- Multipurpose hall and annexes
- Sports/squash indoor courts
- Indoor golf simulators
- Gym & spa wellness center
- Swimming pools
- Cinema and supermarket
Attendees of the event were offered exclusive early bird access to buy any unit(s) of their choosing with a 7% discount attached. After which a panel session was held to discuss the Louisville project and answer any questions from the audience. The glam and glitter of The Coronation was a befitting introduction to the prestigious and unique Louisville project.
