TY Logistics Park FZE Unveils Its Flagship Logistics Hub in Alaro City

TY Logistics Park FZE, a subsidiary of TY Holdings Group, launched its flagship business, TY Logistics Park, located in Alaro City, Lekki Free Zone, on December 8, 2025. This logistics hub offers a comprehensive suite of third-party logistics services, including warehousing, storage, handling, inventory management, last-mile distribution, cross-docking, and value-added services. 

The new facility, TY Logistics Park, aims to operate a systems-driven contract logistics center designed to reverse supply chain inefficiencies and streamline regional trade. 

Phase 1 of the park spans 100,000sqm and features a massive racked warehouse of 29,000 sqm. It boasts a capacity of 44,000 pallet locations, with a 13.5-meter racked operating height and 28 loading/offloading docks.

According to TY Holdings Group, it is the first contract logistics company in Nigeria to be fully driven by a world-class Warehouse Management System (WMS).
