You can view our previous article dubbed ‘Top Buildings Occupied By The Big 4 Companies in Kenya’ here, where we noted that the majority of the firms are established in Nairobi’s Westlands area. Interestingly, the majority of the top multinational tech companies are also based in Westlands, validating its status as a top commercial hub in Nairobi’s Real Estate market, owing to various factors highlighted in the aforementioned article.
