As part of our ongoing series on identifying top office buildings in Nairobi, this article will focus on top buildings occupied by  multinational tech companies in Kenya. Interestingly, the majority of the top multinational tech companies are also based in Westlands, validating its status as a top commercial hub in Nairobi’s Real Estate market, owing to various factors highlighted in the aforementioned article.

Below are the top five commercial office developments occupied by multinational tech companies in Kenya:
