Article Summary: One tower in the 360 Degrees Ikoyi residential project collapsed on November 1, 2021, due to unclear reasons. The project was scheduled for completion by 2022 but was recently placed on hold after Prowess Engineering withdrew as structural engineers in February.
On November 1, 2021, one of three Towers in 360 Degrees on Gerrard Road in Ikoyi collapsed. Formerly known as Fourscore Heights, 360 Degrees Ikoyi is a 39-unit residential project being developed by Fourscore Homes Limited. Fourscore Homes Limited was also acting as the main contractor for the project. Other members of the project team are shown here.

We featured the project in our comparison of 10 luxury residential apartments and pointed out that the developer offered a mix of 3-bed and 4-bed apartments including and penthouses. At the time, starting prices were $900,000.It is currently unclear why the project collapsed, however, this collapse will bring much closer scrutiny to construction project team members and how construction projects are executed.
We started tracking construction activity in 2019 and completion was slated for 2022, however, the project was recently placed on hold. Here is a link to the withdrawal letter that Prowess Engineering who was working on the project as Structural Engineers served the developer when they backed out in February this year.
