A28 Apartments is a residential development located at Akinhanmi Street, Off Western Avenue, Surulere, Lagos, developed through a joint venture between Prindex Properties and United Capital. The 3-floor development which was completed in Q4:2020 offers 6 units of 2 bedroom apartments and comes with 12 parking bays, 2 ensuite rooms and 1 visitor’s convenience. Prindex Properties, who are the developer, project manager and facility manager of this development also have other properties in their portfolio including: Alao Court, 30/32 Apartments, Heirs Park Residences, The Dream Place, and Apple Place.

United Capital, the joint venture developer of this project, have also been involved in some other joint ventures with Prindex Properties to develop other properties including: Apple Place, The Dream Place, and 30/32 Apartments. Surulere is accessible to the prime areas of Lagos Island through the Third Mainland Bridge and teems with several residential developments including but not limited to Phoenix apartments by Cellarmade Nigeria Limited, Jeremy’s court by Leisure Court, Platinum Gate Estate by Femab Properties Limited; Hospitality developments such as: Dreams by DV8, Mitos Luxury Suites, 38 Hotels and Suites; as well as retail developments like: Leisure mall and Adeniran Ogunsanya Mall.

The main contractor of this project is Blueline Urban Projects and they were also involved in the development of Discovery Gardens by Blossom Estates, Apple Place, The Dream Place, M14 Apartments all by Prindex Properties. The MEP and Electrical Engineer of this project is Megawatts Nigeria Limited who have been involved in other projects including:The Quad(formerly 5LY) by AveMaria Development Limited  ,Apple place and The Dream Place by Prindex Properties, Amore Gardens by Southside Properties, R&2 Towers by R&2 Limited. 

The renting agency for the property is Fibre who  are also agents for The Dream Place, Apple Place, 30/32 Apartments all by Prindex Properties and The Nile Apartments.
