Adumuah Place is a mixed-use development located at Appolonia city, Oyibi, Accra. It is being developed by Gateway Real Estate Africa who are also the developers of Rosslyn Grove, a residential development in Nairobi, and African Data Center - Eko Atlantic, a data center in Lagos. This is also Gateway Real Estate Africa’s first development in Ghana.
The 3-storey development, which has an estimated completion date of Q4:2022 is built on a land size of 4,047sqm. It features a Gross leasable area of 1,996sqm as well as 85 open parking spaces.
