Atlantis City Towers is a 15-floor condominium building consisting of 1,2,3 bed condos and 2,3,4 bed maisonettes. The project will have two blocks of building with each tower measuring 611.2sqm on a built up area of 1372.9sqm. Developed by Periwinkle Residences Limited, it is located in the heart of Victoria Island at Bishop Aboyade Cole Street.

The development, which is expected to be completed within four years after commencement, will join other developments in the area such as: Crystal Tower, FIRS Building, Novotel Hotel. It will also feature luxury facilities such as: a lift, multi-level parking spaces, gym, recreation areas, pool, 24 hours security, 24 hours electricity, concierge services, inbuilt Cinema facility amongst others.

Its main contractor is Al Mansour Engineering Limited who have been involved in other projects such as: Crystal Tower, Madina Tower. Periwinkle Residences Limited also have other luxurious projects including: Periwinkle Luxury Apartments, Pan Atlantis Tower, The Grand Ozone. The sales prices of these apartments are yet to be confirmed.
