BUA Office Development

BUA Office Development is an ongoing office development located at the Corner of Kingsway Road and Club Road, Ikoyi, Lagos. The development is being built by BUA Group, and has Cappa and D’Alberto as the Main Contractor.

The development, which will stand on 9 floors, has an estimated completion date of Q2:2026. Once completed, it will have a Gross Leasable Area of 7,000sqm.

• ECad Architects as the Architect

• Du-Franc and Partners as the Quantity Surveyor

• Morgan, Omonitan and Abe Limited as the Structural Engineer

• Lambert Electromec Ltd. as the MEP Engineer

Ikoyi is a highbrow region of Lagos State known for its prime office buildings such as: Heritage Place, Mulliner Tower, Famfa Oil Tower,  IOD House, amongst many others.
