Juno Lite is a completed residential development located on No 31, Emily Akinola Street, Yaba, Lagos. This area is very familiar for accommodating young professionals and students especially because of the high number of companies and schools that are present in the area. Some of the developments in this area include: Pier Place by Rapid Build Construction, Juno Lite by Sankore Investments, Divine Mews by RT Shemlash Company Limited, and  Opal Luxury Apartments by Tim House Nigeria Limited amongst many others.

The development was built by Sankore Investments, who were also the Main Contractor and Project manager. While Juno Africa is the owner of the project.

This 3-floor purpose built student accommodation was completed in Q3-2021. It consists of 63 rooms which are being shared by the tenants, and a total of 254 beds.

As at 2021, the rent was;
