Pier Place is a 5 floor office development located on Montgomery Road, Yaba, Lagos. Yaba is an emerging business hub, home to a number commercial developments (including co-working spaces), residential developments as well as hospitality developments of which some include: Jacob Mews Estate, Juno Lite, Opal Luxury Apartments, Suncity Hotel amongst others.

Over the past few years, new tech-enabled office buildings have been springing up in the fast growing technology hub, and some companies such as Cardinal Stone have in recent times gained footprints in Yaba. 

Pier Place is developed by Rapid Build Construction who have also been involved in the development of Legacy Urban Apartments in Yaba. Pier Place has a Gross Built Area of c.1664sqm and a Gross Leasable Area of c.1219sqm. The project also has 24-hours electricity, 12 passenger lift, parking space on the ground level, a fully automated Building Management System, CCTV cameras, as well as High Speed Internet. The asking price of the office space is ₦50,000/sqm, but we are yet to confirm information on the service charge.
