Karaa Place

Karaa Place is an office development located at Acacia Drive, Ikoyi, Lagos. Ikoyi is a highbrow region of Lagos State known for its prime office buildings such as: Heritage Place, Mulliner Tower, Famfa Oil Tower,  IOD House, amongst many others.

It was developed by Crowie Development Consultants, while El-Alan Construction Company Limited was the Main Contractor.

The 6-floor development was completed in Q4:2021. It has a Gross leasable area of 7,000sqm and a floor plate size of 999sqm.
