The Knight's Place

The Knight’s Place is a 13-floor hotel apartment development located on Ahmadu Bello Road, Victoria Island, Lagos. Similar to the Pelican Hotel Suites in Accra, the Knight’s Place will offer hotel apartments to serve guests who look to stay for a longer period that can be between days, months and even years.

Construction is expected to commence in Q4:2020 and it has a project timeline of 36 months. This project is being developed by Deluxe Residences Limited, developers of Empire Vogue, Empire Royale and The Vantage Bourdillon. The main contractor is Cavalli Projects Limited, who also provide turnkey service that covers design and general construction.

Located 1km from the budding Eko Atlantic City, the development will feature 64 units of 1 bedroom apartments measuring 53 sqm & 2 bedroom apartments measuring 107sqm with fully equipped kitchens, swimming pool, cafe/restaurant, an art gallery,  concierge services and a gym.
