Laird Place is a 4-floor residential development by Saunders Development Company located off Allen Avenue, Ikeja GRA. Construction works on the project is expected to begin in February 2022 and will take 18 months to complete. The project which will occupy a land area of c. 5000 sqm offers 2 bed apartments and 3 bed maisonettes in 3 blocks of building with each block occupying 15 units of apartments. Some of the facilities and services to be provided in this development include:

The developers of the project, Saunders Development Company, are also the Architect and Project manager, while the piling contractor is Adetech Geotechnic Limited. The structural engineer of the Project is Unique Designs Solutions who were also involved in The Sandstone and Estivo Waterfront both by IPDC Limited. The MEP Engineer of the Project is Abbot Engineering Limited who were also engineers in projects; Olive Court by Uacn Property Development Company (UPDC) and The Avenue Tower. The main contractor and facility manager for the project are yet to be determined.

The price of these apartments as at October are as below:

• 2 bed apartments - ₦53,075,000

• 3 bed maisonettes - ₦93,500,000
