Mandilas Tower is a residential development located on No 42 Bourdillon Road, Ikoyi, and developed by Mandilas Group Limited, with El-Alan Construction Nigeria Limited as the Joint Venture Developer. This area is one of the prime areas in Lagos and houses many luxury and ultra-luxury developments such as: No.4 Bourdillon, Cuddle by Cadwell, Belmonte Prive, Khristos, amongst many others.

The 14-floor development is scheduled for completion in Q4:2026, and will feature 58 units of 2,3,4, and 5 bedroom apartments. Some of the features to be offered in the development will include:
